 Dr Higgins has practiced at the same location
for over 30 years.He is a member of the American Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society, and the National Dental Association. He has served as co-chairman of Santa Clara County Dental Society Peer Review Committee, and has served as a consultant to the California State Board of Dental Examiners. He was appointed by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors to the maternal, child, and adolescent health advisory committee for the county. He is listed in the Consumer Research Council of America's book," Guide To America's Top Dentists." He also is listed in " Who's Who in America " publications. |
